Rev. Bawi Lian
Advisor
Imprisoned for attending a democracy rally, Bawi Lian escaped from his native Myanmar and arrived in the U.S. as a UNHCR refugee in 2009. He holds two seminary degrees and currently pastors a thriving church in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Todd Burns
Chairman
Mr. Burns has spearheaded humanitarian efforts around the world, with a focus on helping children and families escape brutal regimes. He has produced a number of films including The Stoning of Soraya M. He is a member of the Bar and has worked with select clients in over 130 countries.
Tim Schierbeek
Chief Executive Officer
Over the last 25 years, Mr. Schierbeek has helped develop and lead for-profit and non-profit enterprises in Europe, the Far East, and the United States. In his first career, he was a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State.
